A. Initial Charges
In addition to the ongoing fee payments for current students, the School applies the following initial charges during the application process and prior to any successful applicant starting their first term at Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh (SISPP):
Application & Admissions Fee: An application fee of USD300 per child is payable upon submitting the application form. The application fee is not refundable. The cost of application includes the observation and in-school evaluation prior to a formal offer being made of a place on roll.
Registration Fee: Once a place is offered, parents complete and return the Acceptance Form along with a Registration Fee to secure the child’s place. The Registration Fee is one-time and non-refundable.
Early Years $1500

iii. Security Deposit: The school will charge and hold to cover for costs such as lost books or damage to school equipment and property.

The deposit will be refunded in full when the student leaves the school, provided that all outstanding fees have been settled and no loss or damage has been incurred. This ensures fairness and transparency for all families, while helping us maintain the quality of resources and facilities for every child.
B. Annual Fees – Tuition & Capital Levy
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees include stationery, learning materials and consumables. Tuition fees can be paid in an annual lump sum, or, in three termly installments. Tuition fees for Year 11 in 2027-28 will be the same as Year 10. Subsequently, Year 12 and 13 tuition fees will be priced at a modest increment about Year 7 – 11 fees to reflect the increased staffing specialist requirements.
Capital Levy
This annual fee is charged in order to maintain and develop the school’s facilities, resources and infrastructure.
The following services are charged in addition to the fees above:
catering
paid for co-curricular activities and optional school trips
uniform
the school bus service
external exam entries (eg. LAMDA)
personal equipment and ICT devices.
C. Discounts
Lump sum payment discount
Parents who pay the complete annual tuition fee in one lump sum payment by the start of the academic year will be offered a 5% discount.
Sibling discount
Discounts apply for families with 2 or more children enrolled at the school at any one time. A discount of 5% is applied for the 2nd child and 10% for the 3rd child onwards.
Lump Sum discount is applied first, then sibling discount second to the balance.
