Meet our teacher:

Rachel holds her Master Degree in Music Education from Kingston University London. She has now over fourteen years of working experiential wealth behind her; teaching, arranging music, conducting orchestras and establishing music clubs to enable students to engage, explore and develop their skills. Rachel believes music is an important element in a pupil’s life as it is an incredible vehicle for self expression.

Meet our teacher:

With over eleven years of experience in language education, Siling has a strong background in teaching at international schools in Thailand. She has now brought her rich expertise to Cambodia. Passionate about education, Siling continues to inspire pupils by integrating a rich understanding of Mandarin language and culture into her teaching practices.

The Sensory Play Group is a  program designed for children aged 3 to 5 years old. Each Saturday, children will engage in a one-hour hands-on, sensory-rich activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning through play together with a nanny/ a parent or an adult. This will also give an opportunity for parents to spend quality and enjoyable time with their child. Sensory Play Space will provide a welcoming environment where children can experience a variety of textures, colours, sounds, and tastes while interacting with their peers. Activities vary each week, incorporating elements of nature, art, science, cooking, and more, ensuring that children remain excited and engaged throughout their sensory journey.

Noreen has been in the field of teaching for almost eight years now. At the heart of Noreen’s teaching philosophy is the belief that children need to feel loved and safe before they are ready to learn. Noreen has been enjoying her life in Cambodia for the past five years and she spends her spare time creating educational and hands-on learning toys and games through DIY arts and crafts.

We are excited to present a term by term swimming programme for Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh, designed to help students build water confidence, develop safety skills, and refine swimming techniques. This programme is open to both Shrewsbury pupils and non-Shrewsbury pupils, providing an inclusive environment for children to learn and grow in their swimming abilities.

Meet our teacher:

Dean is a highly experienced physical education teacher with a diverse teaching career spanning various locations and age groups. He holds a Bachelor’s of Education (Honours) degree in Physical Education from the West Sussex Institute of Higher Education (now the University of Chichester) in the UK. With a deep understanding of the British early years and primary curriculum, Dean supports the holistic development of our children through PE and swimming.

Drama Club runs  every Saturday for one hour of imaginative fun! Designed for children ages 6 to 10, each session will focus on a unique drama strategy that ignites creativity and boosts confidence. Through engaging games, storytelling, and role-playing, children will explore the magic of theatre while building essential social skills and self-expression.
